Responsible Entity - Columbus Investment Services Limited
Columbus is a specialist responsible entity and trustee and it provides services to registered and unregistered managed investment schemes. Columbus is the holder of AFS Licence No 246943 which authorizes it to act as Responsible Entity for the DirectMoney Personal Loan Income Fund. As Responsible Entity Columbus is responsible for the legal and regulatory aspects of the Fund including compliance, anti-money laundering and complaints handling. It has delegated custody and fund administration responsibilities to Perpetual.

D&B provide behavioural scoring models and analysis on businesses and individuals. D&B has assisted DirectMoney's credit team in the establishment of credit scoring models that have been integrated with Decision Intellect's automated credit decision service.
Credit Policy Adviser - Decision Intellect
Decision Intellect was formed by a group of former colleagues from Baycorp Advantage, the Australian and New Zealand market leader in credit information. Decision Intellect staff have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of both the analytical and software components used for the credit decision process in Australia. Their clients include major Australian companies in the banking, telecommunications and motor vehicle industries. Decision Intellect have worked with Dun & Bradstreet and DirectMoney's credit staff to develop the DirectMoney credit policy.
